I haven't tested this out, but I would say that the first hit of critical strike would take out RoF and the second one would land and deal damage. Don't take my word for it though.

You're asking if the critical hit will strip the Reversal of Fortune before it triggers from the damage: no, the damage is processed first, then the secondary effect of the enchant strip. One of the two strikes will be reversed, and if there are enchantments underneath the RoF, up to two will be removed.

you don't need to, the answer is in the wording of the skill.
whenever you 'hit' the target, that target loses one enchantment. The 'hit' must apply first, before the enchantment stripping comes into effect. If this was not true, the skill would say:
"One enchantment is removed from target foe as you strike with a critical hit"
Now because the hit comes first, RoF reacts to the hit instantly and then it is removed.
Here is what needs to be tested:
Now effectively, Order of Apostacy would either skip RoF and remove the next enchantment because RoF ends when the target takes damage (and theoretically, it would end before the OoA comes into effect), or, OoA will unnecessarily remove RoF and you have a zero-effect.

Reversal of Fortune is just one of those bastard skills you can't really do anything but grit your teeth and attack through, unfortunately. There's no real way to remove it often enough to make a difference, which is why Boonprots are so popular/powerful. You can Gaze of Contempt or Inspired Enchantment or whatever the first RoF, but you can't deal with the subsequent several.
It's why Apostasy, either Dark or Order of, isn't a very vital thing in most teams. if it could strip Reversal before it did anything, then every GvG team in Creation would be slinging Order of Apostasy. As it stands, it's a good way to rip through enchant stackers, but who uses those in any real serious way?

Sorry to dissapoint you guys, but RoF gets removed first. Tested it a month or so back, and tested it again 2 minutes ago, and it does remove RoF before the damage, which means if you crit on a RoF with DA, the damage goes through.
Haven't tested with OoA, yet.
